The way it works, is you set up your goal - I want to lose 15 pounds at 2 pounds per week (for example) and it gives you a budgeted amount of calories you can consume a day. You log your food and it adds the calories as you go. You also log your excersize and it adds to your calorie bank.
Now before you judge this as "too difficult," take into consideration that I am one lazy bitch. If I can do it, YOU definitely can. Logging is simple. Most every thing I eat is pre-loaded into the database. I search what I'm eating, it pops up a calorie count. It even has fast food chains, restaurants and grocery store items loaded in. Same for exercise - just search, and there it is. Pretty sweet. But it's definitely given me a reality check on life:
Considering I'm going home tonight to a big 'ol bottle of wine, it looks like RUNNING will just have to be factored into the weekend plan - that is, if I plan on losing 15 pounds ASAP!
Thank you LOSE IT for helping me REALITY CHECK MY FAT ASS! Who knew how many calories I was consuming?! I'll keep you posted on the progress!
