UGGGHHHH.
Isn't it bad enough that I now work on weekends...including today. Yes, I had to work on this beautiful Saturday here in North Carolina. (For those of you not living in the lovely South...it was almost 70 degrees today.)
Did it really have to be a crappy day that frustrated me so bad I wanted to scream "WHATTABITCH!!" I won't go into the details of my frustrating day that caused the ridiculously negative energy that is currently rolling off my body in waves. That's right, I'm in full on rage mode.
I will however tell you what I'm going to do to try reverse this horrible mood. I'm going to go for a run. People keep telling me that it helps release stress...and well, the old me that used to work out knows it's true. So I'm going to stop making excuses and just do it. Well...first I'm going to download the Couch to 5K app...and make a playlist of some good rage music with a litte fun upbeat stuff mixed in by the end. But then I'm going to do it. Because I need a release...and well frankly I need my body to jiggle a little less when I walk...and A LOT less when I run.
What's some good running music? I need suggestions because running...and actually enjoying it...is a foreign concept for me...so I'm hoping the music will help me along until I learn to love it...which Mrs. Two Buck Chuck thinks is going to happen. :)
