I usually start talking myself into my after-work-work-out around 8am in the morning. By 11am I've fought myself into and out of working out at least 3 times. After lunch however, I'm usually convinced that after what I've eaten all day I'm definitely going.
Today went pretty standard, start thinking about how nice it's going to be when I get out of work and I can get a workout in and relax the rest of the night with some food, wine and no guilt. But what exactly happened when I left work on this glorious 80 degree afternoon............

Yep, WTF - I have problems. I guess there's always tomorrow!
