Does that term mean jack anymore?
Where I work, we just hired a former Senior Sales Manager for an entry level sales position.
When my ex fiancé got a job, he ONLY got the job because he had worked at 3 prior engineering firms through college (and nope – not just as an intern).
For my current job, it was advertised as entry level, recent grad. However, I would have been laughed out the door if I didn't show up with a jam-packed portfolio.

Competition for jobs is stiff. Does "entry level" mean anything?
These silly college kids who think they ONLY need to be in school are COMPLETELY fooling themselves. And NO, babysitting on Saturdays DOESN’T COUNT as resume experience. Get a job. Get real. Build your resume. Use college as a SUPPLEMENT to get the job you want. You’re FOOLING YOURSELF if you think your 1 summer internship getting coffee at a big-wig corporation is going to land you a job doing more than sweeping the floors.
Just saying.
