Happy Monday - Unhappy Bride

can we just pick a date already?!

Happy Monday blogworld. I've had a STRESSFUL week with the fiance. As you MAY have read in my last post about him, we were fighting hardcore about the wedding. He thinks (thought) I am cold-hearted because I wanted to put our wedding off until he's done traveling with work. The plan was to get married in the summer at the lake - gorgeous.

So he pitched a hissy fit.

Then I gave him the option of doing an Uptown wedding New Year's Eve. The fighting stopped.

ALLLLLL weekend I've harrased him to give me his thoughts. What ARE his thoughts?

-fiance. "Well - a New Year's Eve wedding would be great because I wouldn't be alone and traveling anymore... but a May wedding would be good because I'd almost be done traveling and it would be easier on you... the NYE wedding would be mean less time to save money... I just don't know."

He says this like it had just occured to him. Like I HADN'T BEEN SAYING IT THIS ENTIRE TIME!!!!!!!! How annoying!

So here we are 8 months after we got engaged with no date and no venue. Why can't he just accept that I'm right pretty much all the time? eesh! I'll keep you posted on the plan!
