Hate working for Women

So I hate having a female boss and here’s why:

Now let me preface by saying I love my ladies and have tons of girlfriends….BUT I cannot stand working for a woman boss (at least majority….I have worked for one in the past I LOVED)

Women – Micromanage, are obsessed with small insignificant details, can never be manipulated into doing what you want them to do, say things like “that was great, but how can you do it better?”, and are sticklers for rules and regulations (rules are important…but being 2 minutes late one day is NOT cause for alarm especially when you take public transportation)

Men Bosses – AHHH I LOVE MEN BOSSES!!! Even the ass-hole ones can be manipulated into doing what you want by stroking their egos.  Men in all aspects are easy to understand.  If you tell them what they want to hear, they are pleased.  Men don’t obsess about small details and as long as you are doing what they expect of you, they don’t care what else you are doing.  Men don’t want to get involved in office drama.  I would give anything to go back to having a man boss I can flutter my eyelashes at and get whatever I want.
